Lines 16 and 17: installation of the platform screen doors has started

The Portalp Railway team has begun installing the platform screen doors on lines 16 and 17 of the Paris metro! The work starts with coring the platforms of the future Saint-Denis-Pleyel terminus station. Portalp wins tender for Toulouse metro B-line extension

Portalp, a French automatic door manufacturer with over 60 years' experience, has been awarded the contract for designing, fabricating, and installing platform screens for the Toulouse metro's CLB extension, which will link the current terminus of Ramonville with the Labège business park by 2027. This extension will contribute to supplementing the Toulouse metro system.

Portalp and EQUANS receive the platform screen doors contract for line 18 of the Grand Paris Express

In the wake of lines 14, 16, and 17, the consortium consisting of Portalp and Ineo UTS, an EQUANS France subsidiary, has been selected by the Société du Grand Paris to outfit and secure the upcoming line 18's platforms. The planning phase for this project will begin in the coming days, followed by progressive commissioning as of 2026. This contract represents a budget of 25 million euros for the consortium.
